"I do not live in such a state. There is no immunity from arrest or prosecution in WA state. There is such immunity in FL." Kenneth, there is no "immunity" in Florida either. However, based on the evidence, there may not be an arrest made. In Washington, if an arrest is made, the state may be responsible for all court costs if the person is found not guilty. Not sure about that aspect in Florida. I showed you all this before.
