How much if any of the contributions to a presidential candidate are they allowed to keep if they bail out? I know some politicians are allowed to keep some contributions when they retire. At least I recall reading that.

There was a real chance that Santorum was going to lose Pennsylvania (again). Romney placed a multi-million dollar media buy for the next two weeks. If Santorum lost his home state (again), it would have been both humiliating and very damaging to any future credibility. At least he was wise enough to know that he was defeated.

How odd that he spoke for about fifteen minutes and didn't mention Mitt Romney's name once.
