Cannot tolerate the arbitrariness of the tax code, the regulations, or the law enforcement. Business cannot tolerate the uncertainty. Which agency will come after them next? When will the next regulation change hit? How can you plan 5 years ahead when so much government policy is unknowable and so much rides on government policy.

I think Obama has always planned on blowing up the economy. That way we will be less arrogant and more like the third world.

I watched most of the speech. Obama is doing a good job at managing the crowd. He rallies against the wealthy - and demands "fairness" for his listeners. The rich are a good target. Most people are not going to shed tears for those who earn a million bucks a year. Of course, an increase in taxes on the relatively few super earners will not do much for the deficits. BUT, in the meantime, the listeners feel that Obama is their man, that he "fights for their interests". Implicitly, the Rep's fight for the few rich.

Neat trick.

Wish some of the millionaires and billionaires who really worked hard for years to make something, then sell it to the screaming masses is that everyone, Everyone, EVERYONE pull their own weight....work hard and stop whinning about others who went to school, worked 24/7 for YEARS, and made some money.

Obama is just simply the Worst. President. EVER!
