Buffet pays the taxes, he is a liar. His corporate income tax rate is in the 30 percent range period. His personal income tax is a big red herring. As long as he doesn't take out dividends, yes, his unrealized capital gains are not taxed. He has said in the past that no paying tax on unrealized capital gains is some kind of tax loophole. BS. I don't care what the stock is...Kodak? come on nothing is safe, not even Dow stocks.
