What part of this do you not understand? "instigate a confrontation" What does that mean to you? To me, and any THINKING person, NOTHING someone SAYS gives another person the RIGHT to use PHYSICAL VIOLENCE against them. NOTHING! This is a simple case. The guy who touched the other guy FIRST is the GUILTY party! Case closed. If you make "words" or "following" the basis for physical violence, then you have no law. The more people miss this point, the less faith I have in the intelligence of mankind in general. No wonder the country is so screwed up.
