Knowing the history of myths and superstition does nothing to diminish the mystery and wonder of being and not being...and this marvel we call consciousness! One does not need to lean on brutal old myths and human sacrifice to experience every day as a JOY and a WONDER!

"If you are going to approach the beginning of Life of a "human person" as the successful joining of the sperm & egg , you will run into problems with 50-75% of such joinings being aborted by the "creator" himself ." Why is that a problem? God gives life to all creation and is justified in taking it back any time he likes. "But what is fact ..." What is scientific fact is that Human life begins at conception. Do you dispute that?
