CTEL -- conversion factors

1 CTEL adr = 20 1137.HK Hong Kong shares
1 US$ = 7.77 HK$

Evidently some people do not like owning a startup media company vs the old telephone company.

CTEL. I've no interest in the new direction they're taking. I sold my shares this morning @$13.00. Thanks, everybody, for past discussions here on CTEL.

They will distribute part of the proceeds as a special dividend worth $6.4 per share.

The Bloomberg article I read said 2.50 HK. Could you point me to the Reuters link? Huge difference between 6.40 and share and 2.50 HK.

Edit: I think I understand my mistake. I forgot to factor in the ADR to HK share ratio.
