Kirby....you're probably right, but if you were to follow the BAK message board on Investor Village and here on SI, you'll find that many of the posters/investors there are actually pretty well informed and some are CPA's, Controllers, Auditors, and even forensic accountants. Marc Cohodes of Copper River and Rocker Partners was pretty smart as well.....until he wasn't, and his charade came tumbling down. The real smart ones have stayed out of jail for now, but they too will eventually pay the price for their criminal behavior. And as far as being a "paid basher", thats a possibility as well, but I've never known of a paid basher who understands financials and SEC filings like he and his ILK do. So far he's been just smart enough to stay out of jail, but when his time comes than I will agree that he's "about as bright as a rock!!!!!" I gotta run...I believe I just saw two White Swan land on my dock.....should I invite 'em in? Rooky
