I have watched the eyes of a deer being taken down. I have watched their PURPOSIVE exertions to survive. We don't really know anything about what they "think". Man is not the only species which has survived. Sometimes they seem really stupid. Like a human trusting a grissly or a lion one to many times... The opposable thumb. Without tools we would just run and stop and run again. Just teeth and feet... Even if we knew calculus...just teeth and feet.
