Most of this Nation is a kind, gentle one, whose citizens help each other when there is a need. (think hurricanes, and all sorts of other acts of nature that have been so damaging to humans and property)....But really, I think the Left has been taking for granted this good nature of so many. People are becoming truly upset with so many things, that one would think, and certainly hope, that Obama and his friends would realize where they are with most in the country.

I don't think the citizenry will continually be so accommodating if this continues.

negative black perception of white people

Couple days ago I was at the doctors in the presence of a gaggle of black women. I overheard the eldest giving her enrollment number to the receptionist and commented that is was very near to mine, wondered if it was similarity in age or date of joining. A brief and meaningless conversation ensued, ending with her bidding adieu and calling me brotha.

After, I got on the elevator with one of that party. She thanked me for talking to her Momma.

Like that was a big deal?

It's been some decades since I was much around a black community. Sure seems like things have changed.
