I do not know why you say that. I am not trying to be dismissive. I believe you probably have opposable thumbs. This does not speak to philosophy per se. It does account for your ability to open a can of beans. No other creature can do that. If you wish to promote the idea that something other than Evolution created this distinction (like how bats fly--I cannot do THAT!), then please speak to that. I am not opposed to ideas.
