My understanding from Noram is that the first VLT's should be arriving early this week (they might be there as I write this). It will take a week for them to get through customs. The folks from Sharp are standing by to install these things. They have a lot of experience and know what they're doing. It's great that we (NORAM) don't have to do much to get the infrastructure going. But that's why we are paying Sharpe to do it for us. Everyone make money this way. Nowam is basically making the big bucks by making the deals. I'm now getting curious about the kind of marketing or media blitz that might occur soon in Cojedes. In the U.S., a new lottery is hyped up big-time in the media (including TV commercials, etc.). I wonder what's happening there. Has Cojedes stated a start date for their lottery? I check the English headlines of Venezuelan news everyday but haven't seen anything for awhile. I've heard good things about the location of the Mandarin Casino. Seems it's on the most populated beach front in that part of the country and receives 16 million visitors a year. When the sun goes down, what do they do??? K-ching! dave
