If Apple didn't have a good legal defense, they would have settled. Apple's attorneys probably have something to present.

Hey we talked about expanding market to China and India, no one has yet mentioned selling iPads to the Alpha Centurians! Or the Martians living in their underground caves - the "flashlight" app should sell well with them. Oh yeah those squirrel-like critters that live on the moon, "angry birds" will definitely be the gateway app for them... The market for Apple products is only in its infantile stage !
