Congratulations - the city is an exciting place and you deserve the best! My dilemma on cash continues. I have a modest amount of utilities but am reluctant to buy as they are at upper end of long term trading range. I'm expecting a huge downturn sooner or later and maybe preservation of capital (at close to zero rate) is best after all.

Hmmm.. can think of far better places to spend my "emeritus" years..

But then again, I'm a small town guy.. Big Cities make me feel claustrophobic.. And the smell and noise is a major irritant as well..

But I do love to visit NYC for the food and entertainment.. Just can't live there..

Give me an ocean beach, scuba diving and deep sea fishing, finishing up the day with a nice refreshing drink and I'm in heaven..
