Mohan, ASP - i'm not positive, but they could count "as shipped", i.e., including monitor, perhaps printer, other periferals. And, lst time I bot from them, they tried to cheat me - quoted monitor at $2,950, but billed for $3,100. Took a call to get the right price. MAybe it's the origin of high margins ... My feeling, based on anecdotal evidence, is - many people, including myself switched from Gate, etc to Dell in last couple of years. But I see now most people I know bot already recently and have no plans to upgrade soon. And, Dell prices started to be on the high side - same thing that got them in BIG trouble five or six (or was it seven?) years ago. Joe
