Or maybe they just need to lay off the yakju (korean fermented rice wine - that will definitely give you hallucinations. Or so claims my husband who had the misfortune of trying it.).

Hallucinations and drugs aside, I'm amazed NK can make a rocket fly for even a minute. A total basket case of a country.
