Yes, you right about that and you make a very solid point, but I don't know if it's really an identical situation... our debt is so large that the FED must continue easing, this will eventually become inflationary, the only other possibility is that the U.S. declare bankruptcy and I don't think that would happen... so, the bonds will continue to be propped up for as long as it takes, and then look out below as the bond market returns to reality...

The model is short, but I'm not going to press the short side, if I were actually forced to make a trade, I would actually want to go long... this market could certainly break down significantly but the FED is also watching it and in an election year the political machinery is not going to make oscumbag look bad... it could go sideways and/or chop up and back, but I'm not going to play that game... this is why I decided not to mess with it until I see a new buy signal... I suspect it will eventually appear and the rally will resume just when everyone thinks this market is about to crash... meanwhile, I'm shorting all bond rallies and covering the positions with options...
