Good for her!! Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.. Although it appears this was a clear case of self-defense under castle law. Btw.. if in a similar situation, make sure you shoot the assailant in the front, not the back, especially if the assailant is retreating. Hawk

Good for her!! What a horrible alleged ordeal. Armed home invasion is not a stand your ground scenario, BTW. You are still foggy about this law and how it applies. I'm still chuckling over you guys chirping that "Stand Your Ground" would not apply to Zimmerman. Also, not sure why you had to add race in your line "Black woman shoots and kills home invader" as it has no relevance to the story and was not in the original headline you linked which is "Woman shoots suspected intruder during home invasion." Methinks you are trying to make yourself look less racist, than you appeared in the Trayvon Martin matter. Can't say that I don't blame you for trying, it was pretty ugly and conspicuous in the buildup to the arrest.
