Unfortunately, as with everything else they do, they can't manage a web server. Thus, the so-called "report" yields a 404. That you would even CITE a CBO report as "evidence" is absurd and reflective of your total ignorance. What do you expect CBO to do? Come out say, "Oh, we've been full of shit all along?" The fucking government has spend 15 trillion of our kids money plus 100 trillion in debt that isn't even on the books. If you want to convince anyone that they're doing anything right I think you need to come up with something a little more authoritative.
