There is one HUGE part of the entire equation you seem to be missing: gazillions of people, including my aging relatives and many many others that have FAR better things to do than becoming geeks like you and me, adore Apple and its products because they simply work, as soon as they are powered up. They just do. A baby can operate them. Even dogs.

That is why Apple is so HUGE, and growing. They figured out a very long time ago that the vast majority of people on this planet have absolutely no interest in messing with any consumer product they buy. They just want it to work. PERIOD!!!

Soon as you figure this critical, crucial part out, we'll get along a whole lot better!

" Most of the clueless computer illiterate morons who buy an iPhone, it is easy for them to use the email that comes with their iPhone instead of some other free one."

It's easy to post opinion as fact, it's much harder to prove your opinion is right. Because most people already have an email address, it follows that most people who get iPhones have an existing email address. Your contention that most iPhone users are using iCloud for email is based on complete fantasy.
