Smart kid. Hope you're proud, as well as hell bent on getting that money back! Sucks, but that kid of yours just stole my heart. I was just like that! Actually, truth be told, much, much worse. And yes, please hammer back, hard as a nail. An Apple policy change on that would help a lot of people, not just parents of really, really smart kids.
