a rather large piece of toy ;0) wonder how many grams of rare earths it required as ingredients are the native corporations going to use the power for itself or are they acting for and on behalf of someone who are to claim some tax credits on the one hand, government loans on the other, and somehow double their return on investment whether or not the windmills ever turn? nothing beats shovel-ready projects done through native entities favored under for and by regime, same the world over, and besides, it keeps the global gdp up, and maybe even the carbon footprint down love green energy and carbon tyranny, all for the better if it actually work as advertised, and just might; shall know when know.
