Steve: ----> the optimal buy point if today's session is a "technical correction" of the (still intact) UpTrend, having just broken UP through a major DownTrend on the daily charts Friday. In fact, today's downdraft would be expected from this chart, in a classical T/A sense. Therefore I conclude that the DOG's read was by the book. I concur with your assesment. Don Sew has repeated many times that his Index Update is mechanically driven with no corresponding realationship to fundamentals. Tom the Trader man has said his is mech also. I have posted that mine is mech albeit MUCH SHORTER TERM than any of the above. After today, there will be no attempting to "fine tune" the dog or the goose. They did the job they have been taught to do. And I think, well. The only problem, as I see it, is that some of the readers of the two threads where I post the signals ( Idea and TSO) could possibly mis read and lose money trying to follow the buy signals I generate. Tom, Kevin, Ike, and others have been plagued by the same nemisis. OJ is exempt from this onus for it's difficult to follow his buy/sell/double up and catch up/ hit em high and holler sht/semis/techies/drug/ bottle of wine/escargot/ and I love It/----and I do love it from him cause I would dearly love to have his exhuberance and devilmaycare attitude. I betcha his wife and mine are similar in nature-----kind, gentle, caring, loving, and "wonder what the crazy lumox is gonna do next" sort of nice female people that he and I need and must have to put up with us....... Truth be known, they both are probably much more adept at making their way in the world than Jer and I are and just kinda let us have our way to make life momentarily easier.......ggggg ----->I continue to be impressed by RED DOG's actions, Nemer* I do too, Steve.
