Don, I think you should give yourself more credit than giving credit to Worth or P. Lynch. The fact that you could get your mortgage paid-off tells me that you are a disciplined investor. Any disciplined investor could have done extremely well in this bull-market. Let us see if Worth gives any worthy advice if we are to be a bear market soon.
