It makes no difference whether or not oscumbag was in the country or not, the FACT that those agents were capable of conducting themselves in that way clearly illustrates that Presidential security can so easily be compromised... these agents were sworn into their positions to behave professionally in every way 24/7 no matter what their assignment and no matter whether on or off official duty or not... they should clearly be charged for violating their position of oath and be dismissed from the force immediately...
