Anybody with the kind of money Romney has, holds bank accounts world wide including in Switzerland. That is just normal and nothing criminal about that as long as full transparency about that is maintained and it is reported to IRS. Full transparency about any kind of potentially suspicious matters and conditions is as we all know and understand - all of us with the exemption of our president Obama that is - the very basis of operation for anybody, who plans on having a long and meaningful career in politics.
