Plenty of conservative constitutionalists believe that U.S. Citizens have rights in criminal court and it is too much power for the government to be able to take them away by charging "terrorism."

The word terrorist has been used toward everyone from Ecologists and environmentalists to Dick Cheney.

This is a bipartisan matter that goes right to the heart of what it means to have a Bill of Rights.
