go hang out at the court house in Oakland and look at those innocent thugs as they come in. look at the board for the days court cases, maybe 5 % are for possession. the rest are robbery, assault, larceny etc and there's usually a little note after each charge...'possession of a fire arm."

the possession guys walk unless it's their 50th time in court or they were caught selling
