that's what the asain crisis is...raw mat'l cost dropping for USA mfg'ers. >>

I think with asian currency dropping their finished products will also drop such as their PCs, memory chips etc. Could be a bad situation for US tech companies. Samsung is already hurting so you can expect them to drop prices on everthing to raise cash. I bet they now wish they never purchased AST research ..today they could have gotten it for nothing. <g>
