Well, I told him that I do have a long-term view of this company, but there will come a day when I'll start selling some of my shares, as that's why I've got them to begin with.

Also told him that I've been buying a little at a time here and there whenever I put money in my accounts or sell other stocks (take part of the profits and pick up a little more), but that when it got to the low 2's, I backed up the truck and scooped in a bunch more. :)

I agree, that he knows or strongly feels he'll get that price soon enough. He's not just dumping them at whatever he can get. He's waiting for a price he's sure will come, and taking a payday. Can't blame him.
