Martin, i am sure you dudes got the proxy statement. how do you like all of the cheapo stock sold at 6-12 cents. chapins salary went up big time when the stock hit $2, i wonder now, did he happen to sell any shares? just thinking, that's all.

$110k salary seems quite reasonable. Lots of people earn that in ordinary management jobs. I'm sure he could make more doing something else.

I would guess his major incentives would come as a result of gold production/stock price. I haven't received my proxy yet. Does it say anything about performance-based compensation?

Martin, I thought the same thing when I saw how much his salary package amounted to.
Seems to me that if he really believed in what he had going, he would take his pay in the form of stock.
At least have it tied to stock price/performance in some way.
