We are almost on the same page ... but one ... I think government does have business in education, some in Fed, and some in States.

See the numbers ...7.2 million teachers, more than 100,000 schools, etc, which org can manage them?

Competition creates excellence. it should be in the student's level, but not in the teacher's level.
