The only "irony" is, that that is 100% wrong !!

Amazon sell devices at very very low margins or even at a loss, in order to drive sales of eBooks, completely the opposite of Apple which as everyone knows sold music at low price to profit from very high margin device sales Any eBooks sold at a loss by Amazon are a minute fraction of the overall sales, as loss leaders, as said elsewhere Amazon are profitable on nearly all eBooks.

Given that article is so wrong on such a fundamental issue, I stopped reading at that point.
