What I typically do is wait for the initial rally to end and the market begin to sell off again... then, I place my stop just above that rally point... it could be tagged and then the market collapse, or it could just keep going to newer highs... either way, I don't want to risk any more than that... and today, it turned out to be the best place for that stop... GZ

Full size short this time, not a fun day, getting nipped and nibbled, but will stay short now against new highs today... GZ
