SuperSonics,

When selling naked if the stock goes through you strike price and gets call from you and you do not have the stock, then the broker will sell taht many shares in your account! Since you do not have any to sell then you would be straight short! Or long in the case of puts! I very seldon sell naked puts, for stocks tend to drop alot faster than they rise!
