I wouldn't ....I would do exactly what you do but I wouldn't deny that I am taking advantage of the law which may not be in the spirit of the law. You have every right to find and use whatever loophole you can....and I repeat many many of those loopholes are put in there intentionally to help "special" constituents. For example, why do you think mortgage interest is deductable but rent is not?
