Correct me if I'm wrong but why is Bossey saying wts. can be converted after 15 trading days? My read is that stock must trade at 8$ for 20 consecutive trading days at which time AIPN can give 15 days notice that wts. will be called. This would appear to be approximately 45 days after stock first hit 8$ as the earliest date.
My Calcs are on RUMOUR if you choose to believe AIPN has already turned down 1Billion from Major Co, #1.
1Billion*0.7/43million=>15$ per share. Many stocks trade at considerably more than cash per share. As things now stand, unless something else changes, plan to hold for min. of 15$.

Regards,

Anyer

<<<OFF TOPIC>>>
what the hell are you talking about? i posted that i was going to call rcohen tomorrow and ask questions- as i am local and have some questions of my own-
instead of using only my thoughts and questions, which the answers will only make a difference TO ME- maybe there are someintelligent netizens that would like to call but don't have time or don't wanna spend the money to play phone tag for one or two questions-
forget the reserve POTENTIAL analysis-
lets get into financing detail-
and lets see how many deals cohen has worked on-
lets see what this guy knows-
I get questions from you coconuts like- how many times a day does he pee, and is he married and does the analyst love his dog-
no wonder others don't post here-
bye bye-
maybe i will just get what i get out of the conversation and share it with a few others here-
in private-
those that i do have private chats with know who they are-
and my email is open to them for legitimate questions-
in the meantime do you own due diligence-
