The $5 million is cash was not a gift. You must factor in the shares into this equation (whether restricted or not).

Then we'd have:

Assets
Cash-- $10 million

Liabilities
Debt-- $5 million

Equity
Paid-in-capital-- $5 million

You know, it's gone beyond being old to see this "reg s" tossed around by you nays regarding merger-related shares. It has been stated time and time again that these will be restricted shares. Refer to the 8-K AND the press release. Enough already. Please.
