I think it's fair unless somebody is Autistic or physically disabled. Sloth cannot be rewarded period. We have 150 Million who pay zero in income taxes. Are there 150 Million paraplegics in this country or 150M austic persons? Of course not. What is their story? What is their excuse? Retired? Under age 18? Have 2 arms, 2 legs, average intelligence, got a free education that was rejected, and I somehow owe them something. I think not.
