I don't know of GWB making a blunder like this. He sometimes mangled words, but he had a basic grasp of geography.

Obama sure is geographically challenged ... 57 states, Austrian language (heh, good thing no one in the press questioned him about that ..he'd have said he meant the Australisn language), Arabic-speaking Afghans, Hawaii in Asia ...

Between him and Biden, we're gonna miss the entertainment value of these lamebrained gaffes.
