Ken, BTW, I have noticed that it is getting harder and harder to find the 'Download Software' section of the Netscape Homepage. hard to find? It's right on the top banner and on the top and side menu for Netscape users. After you select that it takes you right to the download page, what can be easier? Perhaps the people you had to talk through were newbies? Newbies can get confused by almost anything when they first get on the Web. In your opinion how could Netscape make it easier? Derek
