Someone mentioned that Seagate owns 25% of this company. I'm quit familiar with Seagate and understand that over the last two years they have been acquiring many smaller companies to help them break into the software business. The technology they used to thrive off of is becoming obsolete(this is reflected in their poor earnings and deflated stock price). They are using acquisitions as an alternative to their own R&D. I don't really know much about SNDK, but I was wondering if anyone had considered the posibility of Seagate eventually acquiring this company since they already own a sizable amount of stock. It would seem to me like a perfect target for Seagates proposed future plans. Any comments???
