Union is like a business proposition for the underdogs. Unless you can show the benefit of without it, you can’t really eliminate the union, can you? For tenure ... it is an incentive for the low pay jobs. Without it, how do you keep professors staying in colleges?

I couldn't agree more, GZ. Unions are as anti-American as the day is long. Indeed, a union is a communist concept. Each and every person in our nation is afforded the freedom to start a business and establish conditions of employment for their potential employees. Each potential employee has the freedom to either accept those conditions of employment, seek employment elsewhere, start their own businesses, or not work at all. Freedom is a beautiful concept with many advantages for all to enjoy. In stark contrast, unions are comprised of lazy people with no ideas or initiatives. These parasites band together to extort money and benefits from their employers and avoid as much work as possible. The Democratic Party, of course, is the government mouthpiece of unions. -ng- Very disturbingly, millions of leftists Whites in big union states such as Illinois, Michigan, and New York will band together and vote for that piece of ape shit, Muslim Soetoro, again in November. In return, the Democratic Party will enable the unions to continue screwing their employers by extorting even higher wages and more benefits from them in exchange for even less work and lower productivity! This transpires routinely, just like clockwork. -ng-
