Rooky,

There already is the shareholder lawsuit that was filed in CA - was probably dismissed when the OSTK lawsuit was dismissed.

No point, IMO, in launching another lawsuit unless that one is successful.

RE: NovaSTAR

Rooky says:: Even a poster on Investor Village that I know and have a lot of respect for has commented on this, and is wondering where the compensation is for innocent investors who were in essence DUPED by these criminals.

With evidence like this coming from the SEC, I wonder if its time to launch a shareholder lawsuit against these criminals and extract a little of our own justice??? There may be some deep pockets we could sue if we could find a competent lawyer to represent us on a contingency.

For the record, the last time I looked into something like this I was told that I would need to prove losses, and to the extent my losses are only from my purchases of common shares (my preferred share purchases are up almost 10 fold), I might have a case?

Any discussion about this?

Rooky I came to this party very late & bot very few common shares of NovaSTAR & maily purchased Preferred. I sold my common for a loss years ago ((not many $$$$)) & used it to reduce profits from other securities sales. All of my preferred shares turned into common shares are very profitable (( I will be selling around 125,000 shares at around .85 cents to keep one of the accounts diversified)) & I will not participate in any lawsuit. Thats just my situation. Keep up the Good Work.
