You have no clue why they were bringing them here. Could be because they needed people and couldn't find what the skillsets they needed.


Not a shortage of skills..........aerospace engineers are not in high demand given the cutbacks in defense. Boeing has lousy margins.....always has.......even when they had no real competition....so they are always looking for ways to cut corners. Part of the problem is their customer base.......the perennial losers, the airlines........and part of it is because they don't know how to manage effectively. Its uncanny how the company always finds ways to step in shit.
