The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is criticizing the House Republican budget authored by Rep. Paul Ryan for cutting food stamps and other assistance programs for the poor. Whatever happened to "Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country"? The more important question is why do you have such low expectations? You give the people who are in charge and/or control the money a big pass and go after the less fortunate. Amazing. I can't figure out if its ignorance and a massive dose of koolaid.
