The story about the Comptroller in Dixon, Illinois focuses on the Comptroller without knowing any of the facts for the account, why it was set up and when and how it was used.

This reminds me a little of the Gibson Guitar company raids that sought to close down the Gibson Guitar Company manufacture of Guitars.

Sure we will hear more------the question I ask is 'what are the politics' involved in this case?
