Ted, you are overly defensive over straw man arguments. I never said that the Russian aerospace industry didn't crater. Nor did I deny that there are a bunch of former Russian engineers now working as janitors or whatever. You seem to ASSume that Boeing is just paying these Russian engineers minimum wage (or less) and that the engineers have no choice but to accept it. That's quite a patronizing attitude you have toward the engineers, and if I were them, I would find it quite insulting. Tenchusatsu
