>> Interesting.......this is acceptable to you? You see nothing wrong with it? Would not have been bothered had your son taken part in such a photo?

The photo does not particularly bother me.

The guy was a suicide bomber. WTF do you expect? That he's just going to walk away unharmed?

It is a war and I'm quite sure they're glad the guy is dead.

"You see nothing wrong with it?"

What I find wrong with it is that the suicide bomber killed some innocent people.

Ted, I hope this photo discourages more suicide bombers from trying to get to their 72 virgins.

I love a happy ending.

(Bloomberg) — A man was killed while trying to plant a bomb on a petrol tanker in the north-central Nigerian city of Kaduna yesterday, police spokesman Aminu Lawan said.

“The bomb exploded with the man and killed him; he is the only person that died,” Lawan said by phone today from the city.

Authorities in Nigeria, Africa’s top oil producer, blame Boko Haram, a militant Islamic group, for a surge of attacks since 2009 against government buildings and security forces in the mainly Muslim north and Abuja, the capital.

The group claimed responsibility for multiple blasts and attacks in the city of Kano on Jan. 20 that killed at least 256 people, according to the Civil Rights Congress. In February, a blast at a military checkpoint in Kaduna killed at least one person.

Jihadi Work Accident: Two Pakistani Taliban Fighters Blown To Pieces When Their Roadside Bomb Prematurely Detonates…

Feel good story of the day.

PAKISTAN — Two miscreants were killed when a remote control device went off on roadside in the wee hours on Sunday here at Zakhakhel area.

Political administration sources said that two miscreants were planting remote control device with a bridge in Zakhakhel area which went off prematurely while they were planting it.

Bodies of the militants were pierced into pieces by the powerful bomb which was destined to destroy the bridge. It was impossible to identify the militants because their bodies turned into pieces as a result of explosion, official sources said.

Official sources further said that it might be possible that security forces or other officials may be the target of militants who met their fate in the blast because Landi kotal-Torkhum is the main route leading to Afghanistan.

The area was cordoned off by the security forces to net the remaining insurgents in the area.
