In the future all cars will be electric and will pick up their charge from the roadway through their tires.
and it will not be legal to drive a car on major roads. they will all be controlled by computer. human error will be eliminated. no need for traffic cops or traffic lights. nearly zero accidents will make cars much safer than air travel. read a book or take a nap on the way to any destination.
